Founding History

Acosu Capital Nature was founded in 2014 on the idea that innovative rising technologies such as AI, advanced modelling, image detection and big data make it possible to evaluate any natural, green area worldwide swift and accurately and integrate it into global business activities and insurances. And that enhancing ecological and financial performance of these areas/assets such that credit or insurance allocation for drought, heat etc. is improved, is deeply beneficial to handle the climate change.

Hence for states, (re)insurances, the financial service sector, asset investment allocation and credit rating and any sort of forward-thinking business, our services provide a sophisticated solution for risk and financial opportunity evaluation.

Acosu Capital Nature wurde mit der Idee gegründet, dass innovative, aufstrebende Technologien wie KI, Bilderkennung und Big Data es ermöglichen, jeden natürlichen, grünen Bereich und damit Asset/Object weltweit schnell und genau zu bewerten und dass die Aufwertung dieser Bereiche, wie zum Beispiel durch Senkung der Temperatur bzw. Dürren oder der bessere Schutz von Küstengebieten vor Überschwemmungen, finanzielle Vorteile mit sich bringen.

M.Sc. and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, economics (finance) and sustainable management from ETH Lausanne (ÉPFL), Stanford University, TU Munich and University of Hagen.

Positions at Lehman Brothers, Kearney, Airbus and within the circular commodities industry, more than 3-digit million Euro budgets.
